Dustin Hicks is the Head of Growth at Aurelius Systems, where he leads business development and capture strategy to accelerate the deployment of next-generation defense systems. He brings a career spent at the intersection of acquisition, technology, and operations, translating complex requirements into programs that scale.

Before Aurelius, Dustin played a central role at Anduril Industries, where he built out the Tactical Reconnaissance and Strike Division and expanded Army program capture functions turning concept teams into fully operational business units. His background also includes senior acquisition and advisory roles with Army Futures Command and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, driving modernization efforts across aviation, missiles, and advanced systems.

Dustin studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed executive coursework at The Wharton School. At Aurelius, he is focused on forging partnerships, building durable growth structures, and ensuring that critical technology reaches the field at the speed of relevance.
