Aurelius Systems Demonstrates Rapid Integration of Archimedes at U.S. Army Operation Jailbreak

SAN FRANCISCO – July 7, 2026 - Aurelius Systems successfully integrated its scalable autonomous directed-energy platform, Archimedes with Andruil Lattice during Operation Jailbreak, the U.S. Army’s rapid systems integration initiative. The integration validated interoperability between the platforms and demonstrated Archimedes’ ability to operate under Lattice's command and control during coordinated counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) operations.

“Operation Jailbreak demonstrated exactly what Archimedes was designed for: seamless, rapid integration and autonomous operation,” said Michael LaFramboise, CEO of Aurelius Systems. “One Aurelius engineer completed all validation requirementsin less than three days, demonstrating the effectiveness and efficiency of our open architecture approach, our ability to rapidly integrate with existing defense ecosystems through open, standards-based interfaces, and the engineering excellence at the core of Aurelius Systems.”

The integration highlights Archimedes’ ability to rapidly connect with existing command-and-control ecosystems, reducing deployment timelines and simplifying the adoption of directed-energy capabilities. The demonstration showed how autonomous counter-drone capabilities can be incorporated into broader defense networks.

Archimedes’ performance at Operation Jailbreak builds on its recent success at Technology Readiness Experimentation (T-REX) 26-2, further demonstrating the platform’s maturity and operational readiness. Together, the events underscore Aurelius’ ability to rapidly integrate advanced capabilities into operational defense networks to meet the evolving needs of the warfighter.

With prototypes ready and available for delivery today, Archimedes provides scalable autonomous directed-energy capability to enhance counter-UAS operations and strengthen force protection.
